Six
Interactions is committed to maintaining your confidence and
trust, and accordingly maintains the following privacy policy
to protect personal information you provide online.
Basic Confidentiality Policy
It is Six Interactions policy that personal information, such
as your name, postal and email address or telephone number,
is private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal information
you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible
only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes
for which you provide the information (such as to reply to
your request for service or information).
If you also indicate on our website(s) that you would like
to receive information about other Six Interactions services,
such as electronic publications, your personal information
will be added to appropriate Six Interactions mailing list(s).
If at any time you would like to correct your personal information,
or to remove your name and contact information from the Six
Interactions mailing list(s), please contact
us.
Privacy
of Children
Six
Interactions makes every effort to protect the privacy of
children using the Internet. Six Interactions' websites,
products,
and services are not intended for use or purchase by children.
It is Six Interactions policy to not conduct business with
persons under the age of 18. We request that such persons
only enter into a business relationship with us through a
parent or guardian. If you believe your child has provided
Six Interactions with personal information, whether by email,
online form, or other means, please contact
us to
have such information removed.
No Release of Information to Third Parties
Personal information will not be released to third parties
except to further the purpose for which you provide the information,
such as to facilitate a client relationship with a third party,
or if release is required by law, or we have good faith that
the release is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations
or proceedings. There are no other circumstances under which
we will provide or sell personal information to third parties.
No Computer Tracking of Identifiable Information
Our websites are not set up to track, collect or distribute
person identifying information about visitors. They do recognize
the home server of visitors, but not the names, email addresses
or other information about visitors to our sites that would
allow us to identify them. This information is used for internal
purposes by Six Interactions technical support staff.
Our websites collect information about the visits in the aggregate.
For example, we compile statistics that show the daily numbers
of visitors to our sites, the daily requests we receive for
particular information on our sites, and what countries those
requests come from. These aggregated statistics are used internally
to better provide services to our clients and may also be
provided to others. However, these statistics contain no person
identifying information and cannot be used to gather such
information.
