A
fee of $800 includes an area that is 8' wide and 6' deep and
a 6' long table. Tables will be available for set-up by 7
p.m. on Friday, March 14, 2003.
Access to a limited number of standard electrical outlets
will be provided, on request, at no additional charge. Arrangement
for special services and any associated costs are the responsibility
of the exhibitor - contact information will be provided to
enable the exhibitor to work directly with the Conference
Center staff on such requests. The shipping address is 110

Cancellations/Refunds: Notice of cancellation
must be received in writing. A cancellation fee of $350 will
be assessed for notices received by March 1, 2003. No refunds
will be issued for requests received after that date.
