Who are we?

Six Interactions is comprised of a small team of professional educators and is based in Vancouver, Canada.

Since 1997, we have been developing and delivering practical training programs for teachers, university instructors, trainers, facilitators, and presenters who wish to improve their interaction skills. We have also been assisting academic institutions, non-profit organizations and businesses by designing and developing websites and other online solutions intended to enhance their online presence and enable them to interact effectively with their members and conference delegates.

Apart from common sense, we believe in human factor engineering, which sounds rather technical, but what it really means in our context is that we aim at designing interactions (both face-to-face and online) that are a good, natural match for how people think and work, and how we humans prefer to interact with the world.

And why the name, 'Six Interactions'? Well, wouldn't you be just as curious if it were five or seven? ... Yes, there is a story behind the name, and we occasionally tell it to our clients and friends over a cup of coffee.
